Madison and Lou’s love story had a focus on Disney throughout their dating, engagement, bachelorette, and wedding day celebrations! Keep reading to see how they shared their love for experiencing Disney with their wedding guests.
Madison and Lou have always been long time Disney fans and were so excited to connect over their love for the parks upon meeting. After many Walt Disney World visits, the couple planned a special trip to Disney’s California Adventure where Lou proposed on the first day! The two spent the rest of their visit celebrating their engagement with lots of fun and Disney park magic.
Madison had always known that having a Disney Wedding was her dream, so why not celebrate even more events with Disney? Madison decided to visit Disney World for her weekend bachelorette trip and stayed at Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs to celebrate.
Clearly, visiting Disney theme parks is something that the couple loves experiencing together. In fact, they love it so much that their goal was to give their wedding guests "the Disney experience and what it feels like when we spend a day at the parks. The couple stayed ten days during their wedding week to spend time with friends and family in the parks.
When the big day finally arrived, Lou spent his morning at Disney's BoardWalk Inn getting ready with his groomsmen and family, while Madison spent hers at Disney's Beach Club Resort getting ready in true Disney fashion: by listening to Disney Channel music and drinking POG juice mimosas. Afterwards, the couple shared an intimate first look at Disney's Beach Club Villas.
From here, it was off to say I do! The couple and their guests were bused over to EPCOT where they exchanged vows and headed to an iconic cocktail hour at United Kingdom Lochside with a private view of EPCOT’s Luminous The Symphony of Us. Lou stated that this was his favorite part of the entire day.
Once the fireworks display ended, everyone walked over to American Adventure Rotunda for the couple’s reception.
Madison and Lou made sure to include some of their favorite park foods including “cheeseburger pods from Pandora, Mickey ice cream bars, the cheddar cheese soup from Le Cellier, [and] the cobb salad from The Brown Derby.” Towards the end of the night, they even had a breakfast bar which, of course, included Mickey waffles! To top everything off, the couple had one last surprise: “Mickey and Minnie wowed our guests, everyone was so excited when they made their grand entrance!"
This couple was able to share Disney experiences they love with their friends and family while also experiencing important details to them in a new way, such as through the Disney Park Portrait Session that commemorated their special day. We are so excited that Madison and Lou were able to celebrate so many amazing moments throughout their love story with Disney, from favorite park locations to delicious food & beverage components and everything in between. As Madison shared, their wedding “was a ‘pinch me! moment that I want to relive over and over.
