Who can book a Portrait Session?
Disney Wedding Portrait Sessions are exclusive to couples who host their wedding or vow renewal with Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings.
What is the process?
Your Disney Fine Art Photographer will pick you up from your Disney resort to take you to the destination of your photography session. This maximizes your time together and will help you navigate getting to and from the Park.
How do I get paired with a Disney Fine Art Photographer?
When discussing with your Disney Wedding Planner, they will share the Disney Fine Art Photography Perfect Match Tool to help pair you with the right photographer for you. Our team will work to schedule one of your matches for your session.
Can I book a Portrait Session at a different Destination than where I host my Disney Wedding?
Absolutely, these experiences are for ALL Disney Weddings Couples! For example, if you host your wedding aboard Disney Cruise Line, or at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa Disneyland Resort, you can book a Park Portrait Session at Walt Disney World for some time after your Disney Wedding.
Where can I have a portrait session?
Portrait Sessions are available at select Theme Parks and Resorts across Walt Disney World Resort.
How far out from my Disney Wedding can I have a portrait session?
Typically, you need to schedule your Disney Wedding Park Portrait Session within 1 year of your wedding or vow renewal event.
Is there a limit to how many portrait sessions I can book?
No, many couples choose to book multiple portrait sessions, each at a different Disney Park.
What time of day are portrait sessions held?
Disney Wedding Park Portrait Sessions occur in the morning prior to Park opening.
How do I book a Disney Wedding Park Portrait Session?
Disney Wedding Park Portrait Sessions can be booked with the help of your Disney Wedding Planner. If your Disney wedding or vow renewal has passed, you can book a Disney Wedding Park Portrait Session at Walt Disney World, directly through the Disney Fine Art Photography at WDW.Disney.Wedding.Photo@disney.com.
Do I have to pay in full when I book?
If you are booking through your Disney Wedding Planner prior to your wedding event, your session will be paid for through the BEO. If your Disney Wedding event has already passed, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Does this go towards my overall event minimum?
Park Portrait Sessions do not count towards your overall event minimum. However, using Disney Fine Art Photography for day-of wedding events such as your wedding ceremony and/or reception do count towards covering your event minimum.
Can I use my own photographer for my portrait session?
Disney Wedding Park Portrait Sessions at Walt Disney World are done exclusively through Disney Fine Art Photography.
