THE WEDDING VISION
Emily shared that they would go to Disneyland often when they first started dating and loved going during the holidays. One of their favorite attractions is Haunted Mansion Holiday, which ultimately became the inspiration for their Disney wedding.
A FLORAL TOUCH
The couple chose a moody aesthetic for their floral and décor, which complimented their wedding theme. Incorporating design elements from the Haunted Mansion and the Nightmare Before Christmas to create an immersive experience. Even the bouquets had nods to the classic Tim Burton film in their ribbons. And of course, even the bridal party’s nails matched the theme!
THE WEDDING CEREMONY
Emily & Justin’s wedding ceremony took place inside the Rose Court Garden at the Disneyland Hotel. This dreamy garden set the scene, while black lanterns lining the aisle, coupled with deep purple and burgundy floral helped to thread their Haunted Mansion theme throughout the ceremony. Creating the perfect balance of elegance and fun!
THE WEDDING RECEPTION
Emily and Justin’s Disney wedding reception held surprises all over, from table décor themed to the Haunted Mansion, to custom place cards, and more. The wedding venue was transformed into an immersive environment that celebrated their wedding theme in an elevated and beautiful way.
CUSTOM WEDDING MENU
Even their wedding food and cocktails had Haunted Mansion Holiday touches, with Madam Leoda desserts and an Oogie Boogie signature cocktail.
The couple also included classic Disney treats in their wedding menu for their guests to enjoy, like warm Mickey pretzels and churros.
A CELEBRATION TO REMEMBER
Emily and Justin shared that “the most important aspect of our wedding was the guest experience. We wanted our friends and family to eat delicious food, enjoy the live band, and party with us.”
DISNEYLAND PARK PORTRAITS
But the spooky wedding celebration did not end there! Emily and Justin made the most of their Haunted Mansion inspired wedding with a Disneyland park portrait session. They captured stunning wedding photos in front of all of Disneyland’s festive Halloween décor.
