If your goal is to “have fun and bring smiles to [y]our loved ones' faces" on your wedding day, this couple serves as the perfect inspiration! Elaine & Wilson wanted a destination wedding that was truly memorable. For them, “Disney seemed like the perfect place to do that!”
The couple had a romantic ceremony at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion. The space was decorated with simple, elegant details. Delicate long-stem white roses and tall pillars with beautiful blooms helped convey the love that filled the air.
Once Elaine & Wilson were wed, their friends and family sent the couple on their way with an iconic petal toss exit. Afterwards, everyone met inside of EPCOT where they had a delicious dinner reception at Italy Isola.
Long tables were decorated with black and white details for a modern, crisp, and elegant look. Chef-crafted dinner options such as Fontina and Spinach Stuffed Chicken were available to guests at dinner stations named after beloved Disney characters like Moana and Mickey Mouse.
After dinner, guests enjoyed fireworks from their private viewing area before being led over to Norway for a surprise attraction mix-in on the Frozen Ever After Ride. Elaine expressed, “Walking through the park with our guests and seeing their surprised expressions was truly something I'll never forget.”
The celebration continued at Hollywood Studios where guests gathered on Sunset Boulevard for a sweet dessert party. Everyone was in store for even more surprises here, as the couple’s wedding party surprised them with a flash mob dance to a song from Elaine’s favorite Disney Channel Original Movie series, High School Musical. Afterwards, the couple surprised everyone again when Mickey and Minnie arrived to continue dancing the night away. Other than the entertainment, more memorable details were found in the unique Disney desserts and Star Wars inspired drinks with glowing light cubes that the couple included.
We love how Elaine and Wilson were able to incorporate special details throughout their day that were unique to them. They shared, “the entire wedding was an unforgettable time!” Congratulations to Elaine and Wilson!
