Becca & Julio’s goal was for their guests to have "a memorable time and know how special they are to us.” From the planning process to the end of their event, the couple did just that by incorporating things they loved about Disney into their wedding celebrations.
Becca & Julio had many long-time Disney traditions, leading them to their engagement at Disney's BoardWalk Inn. They had sat at the Atlantic Dance Hall, played Boardwalk games, and finally ventured to Seabreeze Point where Julio got down on one knee. After celebrating at EPCOT that night, wedding planning began and the couple claimed there were so many reasons they chose a Disney’s Fairy Tale Wedding. “Disney is our happy place and we wanted to bring our friends and family to a spot that means so much to us and we love so much!”
For their wedding, Becca and Julio said, "we wanted a mix of fairytale and fun vibes for our family and friends, and we wanted to incorporate as many of our favorite Disney elements that we could.” The couple celebrated their love with a dessert party at EPCOT the night before their wedding day. They chose food from around the world for their menu and watched the fireworks from United Kingdom Lochside. Afterwards, they took their guests to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, their favorite attraction!
On their wedding day, Becca and Julio started with a first look at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa before heading to Disney’s Wedding Pavilion to tie the knot. Becca had dreamed about getting married at Disney's Wedding Pavilion ever since she was little and after visiting it during a Walt Disney World Open House, Julio was sold. Becca said, “It is just so beautiful and exquisite, the perfect place for the next chapter in our Happily Ever After!”
Next, the couple took guests to the Atlantic Dance Hall, another significant place for their Disney traditions, and “the perfect end to end our wedding weekend!” They incorporated more aspects that remained true to them like their love for finding hidden Mickey’s and even playing some of the games along the BoardWalk once more.
Becca and Julio clearly focused on fun throughout their wedding & we wish even more fun adventures to come!
