A Multi-Day Disney Wedding Experience at Walt Disney World Featuring Fireworks and Water-Front Views

Julia and Forrest hosted a multi-day Disney Wedding experience at Walt Disney World. Kicking off their wedding week with a Disney Park day with their guests followed by a Welcome Dessert Party at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The next day, the couple celebrated their wedding ceremony on the sandy beaches of Disney’s Yacht Club Resort followed by a fireworks dessert party in EPCOT, a dinner reception in the UK Pavilion, and even surprised their wedding guests with an attraction mix-in.

Disney Park Day and Welcome Dessert Party

The wedding celebration started with a true Disney Parks experience. Julia and Forrest invited their guests to join them at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for a fun-filled experience which included two attraction mix-in experiences – Kilimanjaro Safaris and Avatar Flight of Passage. The night ended with a private dessert party for the couple and their wedding guests.

Julia shared that “it was a few of our guests’ first time in Walt Disney World, so to see the same smiles that I had as a child, brought me so much joy”.

A Waterfront Disney Wedding Ceremony

Julia and Forrest hosted their wedding ceremony the next day, at Crescent Cove on the white-sand shores of Crescent Lake with a view of Disney’s BoardWalk and the lighthouse behind them.

Their floral and décor elevated the space with palm fronds lining the aisle and a wooden arch with white floral framed the altar.

Cocktail Hour at the EPCOT UK Pavilion

“Cocktail Hour was at the UK Lochside where we got to watch and take pictures with the fireworks. We were able to get some amazing pictures and it was so much fun to have the perfect view of the fireworks which are hands down one of Julia's favourite things at Walt Disney World. We also were able to have one of our favourite treats from the park at our cocktail hour, the bao buns from Pandora – The World of Avatar, which were popular with all our guests.”

As another surprise and delight experience for their wedding guests, Julia and Forrest added an attraction mix-in on Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure as part of their cocktail hour event.

An Atmospheric Wedding Reception at the UK Courtyard

To cap off their Disney wedding day, the couple hosted their wedding reception in the UK Courtyard at EPCOT. The roman tables were illuminated by atmospheric lighting, featuring gold lanterns and twinkling lights. Live music from a string trio filled the air as the couple danced and celebrated surrounded by their friends and family.
