At Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings, we continue to seek out new venues to match couples’ personal wedding vision.
One of the newest venues added to our expansive and diverse venue list? Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida!
The majestic and totally immersive setting in the Valley of Mo’ara provides epic views for an idyllic sunrise ceremony. Couples can celebrate among a 360 view of stunning floating mountains and lush landscape. A true fairy tale come true!

Patrice and Dontrell were the first couple to marry in this majestic location and every moment from the walk down the aisle, to the first kiss was magical!
CLOSER LOOK AT DÉCOR DETAILS
Our team of Disney floral designers and decorators are passionate about transforming iconic Disney locations into couples’ dream weddings. Pandora – The World of Avatar is inspired by the power and magic of nature. With that in mind, our Disney Wedding floral designers created a ceremony look that draws on natural elements and the vibrant green and purple hues that are found within the land.
The team brought in long wooden benches for ceremony seating, and lined the aisle with tall glasses vases filled with unique floral. At the base of the vases were floral clusters featuring tropical leaves and vibrant blue and purple blooms.
To add dimension to the space and create a more intimate setting, we created structures that flanked the ceremony space. Using hanging elements to mimic the floating mountains in the land!
We love to include a subtle Hidden Mickey throughout the décor if possible. For Patrice and Dontrell’s wedding in Pandora, we were able to hide one in ceremony floral and on the broom they used for the “Jumping of the Broom” tradition.
WEDDING PORTRAIT SESSIONS
Did you know? Pandora – The World of Avatar is also available for portrait sessions. Couples who marry with Disney Weddings have the option to explore the immersive land before the park opens as part of their Disney Fine Art Photography portrait session and capture awe-inspiring wedding photos.
