Plated Menus
This traditional option enables your wedding guests to enjoy several artfully prepared courses at their table.
Typically, a plated dinner includes an appetizer, salad, intermezzo, entrée and dessert. Select one entrée or an Enchanted Duet with 2 entrées side by side on one plate.

Buffet and Food Station Menus
Buffets and food stations allow you and your guests to indulge in a variety of sumptuous flavors and tasty treats.
Options will include carved meats, savory appetizers and more! This less formal style of service also lends itself to guests mixing and mingling during your event.

Beverage Service Options
Select from a variety of beverage service options—including a hosted bar package, hosted bar or cash bar—to suit your event.
With the package plan, your guests can enjoy drinks for a pre-specified number of hours for a flat fee per guest, while the hosted bar tabulates costs by the drink. With a cash bar, the cost of each beverage is borne by the guest. We offer call, premium and signature-brand spirits, premium champagnes, beer and wine.
Florida law prohibits the serving of alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age. Proper identification will be required.
