WEDDING DAY AND VOW RENEWAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Can I request a photographer?

Yes. If you have a specific photographer in mind, please let your planner or Photography Coordinator know as soon as possible. While requests are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate them and ensure you are paired with a photographer who fits your style and preferences.

How much time will I need for photography on my wedding day?

Photography coverage depends on how much of your day you would like captured. Smaller groups may require less time, while larger wedding parties, multiple locations or additional moments may need extended coverage. Your Photography Coordinator can help guide timing based on what matters most to you.

What parts of the day can be photographed?

Coverage can include getting-ready moments, pre-ceremony and first looks, the ceremony, post-ceremony portraits, reception highlights and optional dessert party or fireworks coverage. Travel time between locations should also be considered when planning photography.

What happens after the wedding?

After your event, our team will begin processing your images. Approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the event, you will receive an email with access to your online gallery, where you can view, share and download your photos. If your package includes additional products, you will receive follow-up details by email.

How long do you keep my images?

Images are archived for up to 3 years from your event date. We recommend downloading and safely storing your photos once your gallery is available.

How long do I have to order products?

Pre-purchased products must be ordered within 2 years of your event date. Additional ordering options may be available for a limited time after.

PORTRAIT SESSIONS

Can I schedule a portrait session after my wedding day?

Yes. Portrait sessions can be scheduled up to one year after your wedding date, offering flexibility to choose a time that works best for you.

Where will I be picked up for my portrait session?

Pickup location and timing details will be included in your confirmation email.

Can I bring anyone with me to my portrait session?

Portrait sessions are reserved for the couple only.

Can I change outfits during my portrait session?

Yes. Outfit changes are permitted; however, changing attire counts toward your session time.

How many locations can we visit during a portrait session?

Most portrait sessions include up to 2 to 3 locations. Theme park locations cannot be guaranteed, as they are subject to availability and park operations.

Can photos be taken on attractions?

Select attractions at Magic Kingdom park may be available depending on park operations. Attraction access is not guaranteed and photography on attractions is not available at other theme parks.

Do you provide props or balloons?

You may bring small personal props to your session. Balloons must be pre-purchased and brought with you and availability may be limited by safety guidelines and location restrictions.

What if the weather does not cooperate?

In the event of inclement weather, portrait sessions may be rescheduled. Final decisions are typically made the morning of the session, as weather conditions can vary across Walt Disney World Resort.

PETS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Can I include my pet in photos after the wedding?

While it is possible to include your pet in photos, certain conditions must be met. You will need to schedule a Resort Portrait Session, and photography with your dog can only be arranged at select pet-friendly Resort hotels. Please note that this is subject to all Resort hotel pet policies, and availability may vary.

Can pet portrait sessions take place in the theme parks?

No. Pets are not permitted in theme parks, water parks or common areas.

Are there restrictions for pet portrait sessions?

Yes. Sessions are limited to designated dog-friendly areas of pet-friendly Resort hotels. Dogs must be well-behaved, leashed in public areas and properly vaccinated.

OTHER PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCES

Yes — offerings vary depending on whether you are a Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings couple.

• For Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings couples: Couples may be able to utilize Disney Fine Art Photography for exclusive save-the-date and engagement announcement photo sessions. To learn more about these offerings, please reach out to the Disney Weddings team.
• For couples not hosting a Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings event: Signature Portrait Sessions are a great way to capture professional photos at select Disney Resort hotels. These private 40-minute sessions include photo downloads and photo retouching. Please note that wedding attire is not permitted during these sessions.
