An epic Disney-inspired love story through and through. Meeting while working as Disney Cast Members, Disney has played an integral role in Colleen & Chris' relationship – from yearly anniversary trips to Disneyland Resort to planning a wedding on the Disney Wish to a honeymoon on the Disney Magic.
Family and friends joined in for the celebration – many first time cruisers. Being surrounded by loved ones, Colleen described their wedding cruise on the Disney Wish as an “incredible whirlwind.”
Starting out their magical wedding celebrations, Colleen got dolled up at the UnTangled Salon & got ready with her bride squad in their stateroom.
A stunning first look & portraits on deck were soon to follow, then it was time for Chris & Colleen to tie the knot in the sparkling Grand Hall. The couple chose a dusty blue for their color palette that matched the Cinderella-themed Grand Hall & sparkling blue ocean water.
The ceremony was the couple’s favorite part of the day, stating that they were “surrounded by loved ones while other Guests on the ship looked on from the balcony. Though we had so much support and excitement around us, it felt like we were the only two people in the room.”
A ceremony in the Grand Hall led to a lively celebration in The Bayou to toast to their marriage.
After dancing and celebrating, a dress change was on the agenda for a night to enjoy the deck fireworks and reminisce on their beautiful wedding day. The couple expressed that, “there was no need to worry or hurry we were just able to fully enjoy the day.”
Colleen shared that “it really was a fairytale wedding.” Congratulations to Colleen and Chris, and we wish them the best!
